Hello, Jane. Sure, I have sent the coat, on 4th of November, I added tracking number when sent it in my account. It will reach Joli Closet on Monday (tomorrow), no doubt. They check items usually same day as receive, so I think you will receive it very soon, don't worry :) best regards
