Hello the D.I.OR charms are included . There are no white flecks at the top if the bag . It might be a light reflection when the picture was taken as the bag is shiny leather .

Thank you for the extra photos. Condition is very good indeed. Very last question. All the four charms (D, i, o, r)are included, right? I don't want to bother you but only D and O are visible in all the photos...Would appreciate it if the photos could show all 4 letters.
