Bonjour Jenny. The scarf is a mousseline silk. The border is a blue tending to turquoise and to a deeper turquoise when the scarf is folded or “gathered”. I checked again and I could not see any pull threads or holes. I am not sure what “runs” are but, if it is pulled threads, there is none. If you wish, I could check again tomorrow morning but with the day light (I looked with electricity on) and give you a better idea of the color. Have a nice evening, Dominique

Bonsoir Jenny. Thank you for buying this lovely scarf. I will send it tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow, depending on the heat. We have a terrible heat wave in Paris and it is hard even just to go to the post office and drop a Colissimo. I will let you know as soon as the scarf is sent. Dear Jenny. The parcel was dropped at the post office this morning. Hopefully it will arrive at JC tomorrow. From my experience JC ship quickly after the article is controlled by their experts, and you should get it fast. I hope you will love its beautiful colors and mousseline silk and that you will enjoy wearing it! I hope your friend will make great finds at the Hermès sales. I am not going these summer sales. I was not very lucky last winter. I was looking mainly for cashmere shawls and I could not find any in my colors. It looks like it is getting more and more crowded each year since they have moved the sales to Palais des Congrès. And it looks like more and more resellers are attending them, and some do not have the best attitude. It is no more the experience it used to be. Still, if you are courageous enough to brave the crowd, you may find gorgeous items. I wish your friend comes back with a armful of beautiful things. Have a lovely day, Dominique

Dear Jenny. I just received a message from JoliCloset. I am very sorry to hear there are some spots and irregularities on the scarf. As I told you, I really checked it but could not see anything wrong probably due to the electric light and transparent quality of the mousseline silk. I know that JoliCloset do a great job when controlling and I always describe my articles as clearly as I can. Please accept my apologies for this mistake of mine.
