This is defective. The handles on both sides are crooked and don't lay flat against the bag as they should. This looks terrible. I've opened a claim with PayPal. You can clearly see in the pictures I provided to you and Jolis closet. They are crooked and misshapen. They should lay flush with the bag.

BUYER BEWARE. Received this bag defective. Handles protrude out when they should lay flat against the bag. Received no tags or proof of purchase. Contacted the seller and company 6 times. No response from seller and 1 response from Jolis closet saying nothing is wrong with the bag. Had to open a claim with PayPal

Hi, i only see your messages now. The bag was brand new just out of the store few days before and shipped to you. New LV bags have microchip and if you are worried about the authenticity you can ask any CA in the store to scan the bag. No need of tag. Cheers
