Beautiful Swarovski necklace with snake pendant. Unfortunately half of the stones are missing, but even without these stones the pendant is still stunning and reflects enough light to hide the fact that these stones aren't there. You could probably replace them yourself or let a professional do it. It's an old piece so Swarovski won't do it (this is what I read online).

It's possible to adjust the lenght of the necklace. In the picture on the doll you'll see the longest setting so it's not very long and you can either opt to wear it as some kind of choker or wear it half across the chest.

At the end of the necklace there's a little swan and the hallmark as seen in the pictures. I took most of them with quite a lot of sunlight to highlight the pendant's shiny effect. The box isn't complete anymore and a bit damaged.
