Hermès Silk scarves Multiple colors
Beautiful Hermès shawl titled "Zebra Pegasus". 65% cashmere, 35% silk.
Drawing by Alice Shirley in 2014
A graduate of St. Martins and the Prince's Drawing School in London, Alice Shirley regularly collaborates with the city's Natural History Museum. Both seduced by the myth of Pegasus and the indomitable nature of zebras, Alice Shirley reinvented the legend and took her on a journey to southern Africa. The heavenly mount of Zeus, which caused the spring of the muses to spring from a hoof, and the king of the gods changed into a constellation, abandons the immaculate whiteness which is generally attributed to him to adopt the two-colored coat of his equine cousins. And to complete this unique, exotic portrait, its wings take the shimmering colors of parrots! Has he acquired, through the magic of metamorphosis, speech? Nobody knows…
Astonishing and bright colors that harmonize beautifully for this mixed and versatile shawl.
