Tiffany Necklace & Heart Tag Co. Return to in good condition. Some marks of wear but nothing serious on the heart. It does not need polishing in my opinion unless you need perfection .. The heart could be polished without problems, it is not "plated" (like pink or white gold - I checked at Tiffany a few years ago).
