Sublime very old pin of the early twentieth century, therefore, a real vintage. Limoges porcelain made of brass & surrounded by painted hand & representative "a gallant scene. " this pin (with the same picture) was reissued in the 40s (twice that i know of). It is round & quite large (4. 5 cm diameter) & is stamped on the back "limoges made in france". Very well preserved take into account his age (around 1 century). Nothing is broken & the clasp works. Brass was a little oxidized what is normal and even gives it more "vintage charm". It will be delivered in a box (plastic box) old in perfect condition not to limoges, but that many blocks to pin it does not move inside. --------------------------. As i know there ware 2 short re-editions of this brooch in 40s, purpose that re-editions are signed different way.
