DvF Mollo patent leather ankle Chelsea boots, they come in the dustbag and have elastic inserts around the ankles, are pointed and in very good condition with some light scuffing, mostly on the heels (please see pictures) but not noticeable when worn.
The sizing is quite generous, insole length is 25 cm and heels are 8 cm
