Hermès: Superb collection square titled "Astres et Soleils"
created by Annie Faivre en 1994 for the theme "Year of the Sun". Will be reissued in 1999.
The peoples and cultures that followed one another in Mexico, including the Aztecs and the Mayans, believed that time was divided into five major cycles (or suns). The priests said that four cycles had already passed since the creation of the human race. The Mayans were part of the most advanced civilization of pre-Columbian America. They populated southern Mexico and Central America between 600 BC. J.-C and 900 years of our era. They had a sophisticated system of hieroglyphic writing, mathematics and advanced astronomy. The few codices found dealt with astrology and numerology, and all, except four, were destroyed by the Spanish conquistadors on their arrival in the years 1500. Creators of civilizations, the Maya bequeathed to humanity the keys and their vision of Natural Time. This unique heritage offers us the opportunity to meet in a dimension hitherto obscured and thus to control synchronicity. The Mayan Calendar begins on 26 July of each year Well after the Mayas, the Aztecs resumed this calendar whose origin had been lost in the mists of time. It was from the elaboration of a complex sacred calendar that the Aztec civilization based an astrology intimately linked to its beliefs.. In Aztec astrology, wildlife, flora and elements form a very symbolic astrology. Here the time is not cut in months but in alternating cycle: on each date its astrological sign! But one of the most famous episodes in the archaeological discoveries of these civilizations, was the discovery of the Temple of Inscriptions in 1949. In 1952, he will be found there 22 meters lower in the pyramid, the tomb of Pacal Votan who reigned during 52 years old on Nah Chan, today called Palenque, during the 9 baktun (this baktun went of the year 435 year round 830 of our era). The one who is called "The Magician of Time" was the guide of the Mayan mission which aimed to inscribe on the stone, for posterity, the astronomical and mathematical knowledge of time. He left as a message that "All is number. God is a number. God is in everything ». We are all intimately connected and constantly informed by the Galaxy. By the same, life and all forms are ordered by the same basic patterns of recurring. The message bequeathed is therefore destined for us: we are the elect who will make the transition to the new cosmic birth. "Darkness gives birth to light". Pacal Votan knew that humanity will forget fundamental things like its connection to nature, the frequency of synchronicity, unity ... because he was the master of time and cycles, and this cycle had already begun. Unconsciousness has been an integral part of human evolution. Man has entered the illusion to know the truth. Pacal Votan knew that the mission of his people was to bequeath to humanity the tools that would facilitate his awakening. Every people left a message for specific moments, that of the Mayas was destined for our time to help us wake up as soon as the time came, as soon as we have chosen, as soon as we try to synchronize with ourselves. What subject ! And what an illustration on a subject as simple as complicated! Surrounded by a thin bronze green margin, and a raspberry frieze, stands out a temple whose 1other degrees are blue and raspberry. Opening on a slightly salmon pink, the indescribable illustration deploys pallets of blue, roses, raw, orange ... Anyway, Annie Faivre at its best! A marvel full of light!
