Stunning dress by prime Designer Matthew Williamson with very unusual ruffled, flutter sleeves and an asymmetrical hem that goes up in a scalloped pattern in the front. V-neck bordered in satin.

the material is 53% cotton, 47% viscose, it has a satin sheen and is lightly structured, the lining is acetate.

Closes with zipper and hook and eye in the back.

The green is a very light green, somewhere between Eau de Nil and seafoam green.
