One last question! It looks like several new photos of damage to the coat have been added to the listing since my offer. Could you describe them. One looks like fabric picks and the other discolouration. Where are these on the garment and can the discolouration be cleaned?

Hello, yes, yesterday when I checked the coat before accepting your offer, to be sure, I discovered these two picks on the fabric. There is no discoloration, I added a new photo to show you better (online in 24h) . Worn is absolutely not visible but I considered it right to report it anyway

Thanks for being honest on this Veronica. You posted a lot of pictures which was really helpful to me making the decision to make an offer. The picks were not visible in the pictures prior to the offer so I am at a loss for what to do next. Has the condition changed since you posted the original pictures or is this just a closeup of the damaged area? I did here you say it is not visible when worn.

Ce manteau est en vente également sur vestiaire collective. J'ai vu que vous l'avez déjà vendu mais il a été probablement refusé par le service d'authenticité de vestiaire collective ce qui explique sa remise en vente encore chez eux et ici. Qu'est ce qu'il a comme défauts ? Avez vous une facture s'il vous plaît ? Cordialement

Bonjour, oui je l’avais effectivement vendu sur VC et quand il est arrivé pour vérification, m’ont signalé l’existence de ce "défaut" de mites. Au moment où j’ai vérifié le manteau pour l’expédier, il n’avait rien mais je l’ai laissé 2 jours hors du placard avant de le mettre dans la boîte et je crois que c’est arrivé à ce moment-là. VC n’a même pas contacté le client pour lui communiquer le rapport final et comme d’habitude lui demander s’il l’accepte également avec ce "défaut " , mais il me l’a immédiatement renvoyé. J’ai donc décidé de ne plus le mettre en vente sur leur site. C’est pas une question d’authenticité, le manteau est authentique Max Mara mais non , j’ai plus la facture.
