Necklace Tiffany & Co. Loving Heart (Solid Heart) in 925 Sterling Silver designed by Paloma Picasso and set with a pink sapphire. This model has become quite rare in Europe. It is more or less 10 years old. It comes with its Tiffany & Co. pouch. The model without sapphire costs 250 euros currently in shop. The heart measures 15 x 10 mm at the widest point. The sapphire measures approximately 2 mm. The length of the butt collar is 40.5 cm. It is in very good condition and come with its Tiffany & Co. pouch
