Thank you! but that the shoe is made in Italy does not clarify that it is a 38 IT. 😅 Is it a real 38 EU? On the other hand sometimes the measure of Chanel is smaller than usual. Can you please measure the inner sole? This seems the easiest. Thanks again

23.5 corresponds to a 37 EU, and 24.5 to a 38 EU. If the measure is correct it does not correspond to a 38 EU and much less to a 38 IT. You can correct me Joli if I'm not right. Regards.
