The Vintage Hermès "Springs" Silk Scarf, 100% Silk, was designed by one of Hermès' most beloved artists, Philippe Ledoux, and was first released in 1974. This all-time favorite is showcased here in a stunning combination of classic colors: pink, white, and gold on a pink and white background with a light pink border.
It shows normal wear with a few makeup stains that are not visible when the scarf is worn folded. You can always have it dry-cleaned, just be sure to inform the cleaners that it is 100% silk and ensure they follow the cleaning instructions detailed on the label that is still attached.

As a fun fact, Philippe Ledoux left an indelible mark on Maison Hermès, particularly on the Hermès Carré. He embodied both elegance and coarseness and had a great sense of humor and a generous spirit. Recruited by Robert Dumas in 1947 to design for Maison Hermès, Ledoux was born in 1903 in Great Britain to French parents. His incredible talents as an artist and illustrator are evident in the 90 scarves he created for Hermès. He dedicated himself to creating designs with equestrian and naval themes, which were dear to Mr. Dumas, and became some of the most collectible Hermès scarves, such as "Springs" and "La Promenade de Longchamps." His art lives on, whether in a book or magazine, or better yet, in a beautiful vintage scarf.
