Hermès The Italian Comedy Red

Magnificent vintage Hermès carré titled “La Comédie Italienne”, designed by Philippe Ledoux and first issued in 1962.
This is an original edition (1962 model), identifiable by the absence of the Hermès copyright, a practice discontinued starting in the 1970s. The scarf is signed by the artist within the design. It is a legendary and rare piece featuring a stunning raspberry red colorway.
