Hi, I did not see any scratches on the key. Maybe jolicloset did with a 20x jeweler's loupe. I already took 150 off the price. I have told jolicloset that I can pay 15 euros for it to be polished. Tiffany's does it for free and any jeweler can do it for about 10 euros. Mine only charges 8 euros. I would have had it polished had I deemed it necessary. Kind regards, Jenny
