Vera Wang Sequinned cocktail dress Black Blue

Vera Wang (main line) sequinned cocktail dress in shades of black and blue with an exposed back zipper, fully lined and in great condition, I have worn it once to a reception.
It's labeled a size 10 and it is quite generously cut, please see the measurements:
