I'm the seller. The item has been delivered to DHL pick-up point on 13th April and as I know until now the DHL hasn't yet go to pick-up point to pick-up the package. There is one week we are sending messages to Jolicloset about and no answer until now. I regret so much the situation. I'm in vacations and we comeback tomorrow. Before I live my town I have placed an claim in DHL but unfortunatly the situation remains.
