“The Retro period follows the Second World War which put an end to the Art Deco period.. In the absence of
stones and great fortunes ready to spend a lot, French jewelers are launching rich collections
made of metal: yellow gold is in the spotlight. This is the appearance of the famous tank bracelets and rings. These jewels are
inspired by the chains of military tanks and we often mix yellow gold and pink gold. It's also
the appearance of cocktail rings: very tall big rings, with imposing stones but few
expensive at the time. Thus the citrine, amethyst, smoky quartz is making a great place for itself in the jewels of the
