Made from thick, soft indigo blue poly/cotton taffeta and stunningly hand embellished with silk ribbon rosettes, crystals and beads. It has a super sculptural, cape inspired flared hem shape with darted, bell shaped cropped sleeves and popper fastenings. Lined in soft acetate. Size XS and will fit larger. Measures approx - bust 48”, hem 54” and length 23”.
