Cartier sapphire Black Gold hardware

Pretty pouch in black smooth leather from CARTIER : SAPPHIRE line!
It opens to a bellows pocket on one side and a patch pocket on the other.
A small pocket is also on one side with 4 notches to slide a document or photo...
The cover is signed Cartier Paris at the bottom right, it is made in France, the leather is smooth and soft ;)
The top right corner is covered with a notch (Gold plated or gold plated ? I don't know because there is a hallmark with the engraved Cartier signature.
A sapphire is also present on this notch, which therefore defines this line of the CARTIER house;
