Absolutely stunning, super rare vintage blouse from the Chanel AW00 Collection (look 70 on Vogue.com). Worn just once and then carefully stored. Made from beautifully soft ivory polyester crepe, it has a deep frill to the neck, part concealed Chanel Paris etched mother of pearl buttons to front and a subtly sexy open back.
