Christian Dior AW05 Shearling Aviator Brown

Ultra rare vintage superbly designed and constructed jacket from John Galliano’s AW05 Christian Dior Collection. Worn just once when bought and carefully stored and cared for ever since. In amazing condition and periodically treated with leather cream.
A fabulously exuberant take on the classic aviator style, it is made from ultra soft, naturally textured brown lambskin which will develop a lovely natural patina over time and has a soft natural shearling inner throughout.
This is not a stiff, heavy piece - it is wonderfully malleable and surprisingly lightweight.
Has fluffy poodle knit wool trims with brown satin ribbon threaded through, large shearling elbow/sleeve patches, oversized draped lapels and has two resin DIOR etched buckles and straps to fasten at front of waist.
Size fr40/UK12. Approx measurements - bust 36”, waist 30” (when fully fastened but has leeway) and length 18.5”. Some variations in shading and texture are totally to be expected.
