Christopher Kane Resort 2013 Printed Silk Midi Dress

Exceptional Christopher Kane pure silk dress from the Resort 2013 collection.
Crafted entirely from lightweight silk, the dress showcases an extraordinary abstract painterly print in vivid shades of red, fuchsia, cobalt blue, violet, pale blue, green and yellow, set against a smoky charcoal floral background.
The highly architectural construction features a fitted sleeveless bodice, sculptural folded shoulder details and layered geometric panels across the front, creating a subtle triangular cut-out above the waist. A precisely defined waistband opens into a beautifully full, pleated midi skirt, finished with dramatic pointed overlapping panels that enhance its movement and three-dimensional silhouette.
The streamlined back is completed with a concealed central zip, allowing the spectacular print and intricate construction to remain the focus. A rare and highly collectible example of Christopher Kane’s innovative approach to print, proportion and contemporary femininity.

Never worn and in immaculate condition, with absolutely nothing to note.

A remarkable collector’s piece from one of Christopher Kane’s most memorable early collections.
