Donna Karan Collection (black label) one shouldered column dress from wool with 4% elastane, Lined, there is a black belt, also labeled that can be detached, opens on the side with a hook and eye and a zipper, the skirt wraps over and is hooked to the waist, to create the ruchet column look, like a Grecian gown. Super stunning dress with minimal signs of wear, there has been a repair done to strengthen the zipper, but it has been done by my seamstress and just for added security, no visible signs of wear when it is on, was only worn twice. The colour is a very deep royal blue, Due to the 4% elastane very strechy and should be worn tight.
armpit to armpit 38 cm, waist 32 cm, length 150 cm
The material is very heavy and falls well (wool jersey with elastane) - Made in the USA (label mentions under union rules, it fantastic quality however)

There is a vent in the skirt, but it is a dress, so one part, not a skirt and top, but I think you meant if there is a walking vent

Basically through the wrap over effect there is vent (not so much a slit) that makes it possible to walk, otherwise it would be a bit difficult

It's less of a vent but the overlay where it wraps around, the measurement is from the shoulder down, I can't really measure the hips, if you zoom in, you see the pleats, so it the width chances how it falls, if your hips are wider it is less pleated
