Vintage Givenchy 4G Logo Leather Belt c. Late 1980s Black Gold

A square gold-tone buckle inlaid with black enamel and the Givenchy 4G logo
adorns this black leather belt, its surface catching the light in sharp relief
against the matte strap. The reverse of the alternate plain gold buckle is
engraved with "GIVENCHY" in sans-serif uppercase letters, a detail mirrored by the
"Gentleman Givenchy" branding on the original box included.
This belt dates to the late 1980s or early 1990s, when the house’s 4G
hardware—four interlocked Gs, a modern Greek key—appeared on licensed
accessories from Paris to Tokyo under Hubert de Givenchy. The strap shows minor
surface wear from storage; both buckles remain bright and fully functional.
