Pre-owned Givenchy Bags — Antigona, Pandora | JoliCloset

Givenchy bags went global when Riccardo Tisci joined the house in 2005: within five years the trapezoidal Antigona and the dual-zip Pandora had become the two defining silhouettes of the brand. JoliCloset stocks more than 1,030 authenticated pre-owned Givenchy bags, with prices starting around $30 for small leather goods and reaching past $3,200 for exotic pieces.

The iconic models

The Antigona remains the reference: trapezoidal silhouette with folded side wings, palladium-studded handles, available in Nano, Mini, Small, Medium and Large since 2010. The Pandora from 2008 takes the opposite approach — an asymmetric pillow shape with twin front zips and a leather pull-tab. The Nightingale, a soft doctor bag launched in 2008, and the Voyou designed by Matthew M. Williams in 2022 complete the line-up. The Horizon and the 4G-monogram Kenny show up as occasional pieces.

Beyond handbags, JoliCloset lists 80 Givenchy clutches, 59 totes including the Antigona Shopping and the 4G canvas tote, plus small leather goods (cardholders, mini-pouches, cases) and backpacks.

Pebbled leather, lambskin and 4G canvas

The house's Pebbled Leather — a trademarked grained calf — covers most Antigona bags: it ages well, develops little patina and resists daily scratches. Smooth lambskin versions feel more precious but demand more care. The 4G canvas returned with Matthew M. Williams in 2020 and dresses the Voyou, the G-Cube and the Kenny. Exotic editions in croc or python appear case by case.

Prices on the resale market

An Antigona Small currently trades between $700 and $1,300 depending on condition and leather, against around $1,950 retail. Pandora bags start near $450 in Mini and reach $1,100 for a Medium in pristine condition. Recent Voyou and G-Cube pieces sell between $800 and $1,700, up to 30% under retail. Nightingales, scarcer since Tisci's exit, are turning into solid collector buys.
