Hermès Constance 18 White Epsom Leather

Vintage Hermès Constance 18 in Epsom leather. The bag was designed in 1959 by Catherine Chachillet. Constance was born on the day of the first delivery, the fifth child of the designer and so the bag came to her sonorous name. The iconic H closure is of course the formative feature.
Condition: The leather has light scratches and abrasion. A very bright red spot can be seen in the top right. The H lock has scratches and traces of abrasion. The edges are somewhat discolored inside.
