ABOUT THE SPEEDY BAG

The Speedy Bag was originally created in 1930 by the Vuitton house which wanted to launch a small travel handbag for short trips. But it's in the years 60 that the star fell for this model and helped make it famous. In addition, the bag undergoes some modifications after requests from the star who wanted it even smaller. The format was therefore reduced to the one we know today. Later many versions were invented by creators who redesigned it. It was when Marcs Jacobs arrived at the head of the management of the Louis Vuitton house that the speedy bag never stopped changing and became the emblem of the brand.
