Dramatic Issey Miyake Pleats Please multi function cape or poncho in lightweight navy blue pleated polyester, it has a rectangular shape with slashed neckline. Can be worn a multitude of ways. One size fits all - length is approx 108” and width is 46” when laid flat but this will concertina out and become wider when worn. Has couple of small holes near neckline - price reflects this.
