Hi, I am not sending from France and returns are not acepted on Jolicloset, as far as I know. The fabric is 93% polyester, 7% viscose. Waist is on elastic, 66-78 cm. Lenght 73 cm.

Dear Kelly, this doesn't work this way. You have "make offer" button, make me an offer of 65 and I will accept it, and after this you could buy it from the site, you pay for it on Jolie Closet. Transaction is made trough JC and this is more safe for you, they will certify the item is as described .
