Hello I have used their prepaid shipping label and the item shipped the very next morning after you purchased it, I don’t know what’s taking so long for the shipment I will follow up with Jolie now to see what’s happen. Apologies for the delay in shipping carrier

Hello. I reached out to Joli because their status update is still awaiting receipt of the item from seller. However they have not responded at all to me. Is there any way you can follow up again please? Perhaps they prioritize seller reach outs? Also do you have a copy of their shipping label to find out the DHL tracking number? Many thanks!
