Exceptional Maison Margiela Tabi ankle boots from John Galliano’s Spring/Summer 2022 Co-Ed collection, rendered in the collection’s striking “Delft Blue” colourway.

Featured in the Maison’s Spring 2022 campaign imagery, this rare design belongs to the collection’s experimental series of 3D-moulded, biodegradable rubber Tabi footwear, created in vivid red, yellow and blue. The sculptural monochromatic construction reinterprets Margiela’s most iconic silhouette through an innovative, environmentally conscious material.

The boots feature the unmistakable split Tabi toe, a tall cylindrical block heel and a row of tonal pressure-button fastenings along the inner side. Entirely finished in saturated Delft blue, they have a seamless, almost surreal appearance that perfectly reflects Galliano’s theatrical vision for the collection.

The boots have never been worn outdoors and were used only once for an indoor photoshoot. They remain in exceptional, near-new condition, with only the slightest handling or indoor studio traces visible on the soles.
