Hi, the bag is in excellent condition, used twice and kept. The seals on the hardware has been removed. Corners of the bag are in great condition. I will have to look for the receipt 😅

Hi, it was purchased in 2021 and I listed the item on joli closet in 2021. This listing is over a year old. I have since moved houses and misplaced the original box. Stickers were removed since then also as I was advised to remove them by my Chanel associate as the hardware may oxidize if I dont. Please note that the bag is from 2021 and I have taken it out to handle it and model it and take photos of it. It is not a brand new, unused bag from store, it is a bag in excellent condition that has been well taken care of and kept and could be almost like new. I am not accepting offers. Hi, no scratches or damages, there are very minor chain press marks on the inner flap from where the chain straps are which is common on all Chanel bags. Hope this helps :)

I did not describe the bag as brand new in my listing. I stated that it is in excellent, like new condition for a preloved bag. Hi, its a matte pink, and its pink pink, I think the first picture shows its true colour, otherwise, you can always search for the bag on google to see what it looks like when worn. Hope this helps.

As mentioned previously in my messages to you, for my own bag, the seals are no longer attached and there are minor marks on the interior of the bag. As you mentioned you preferred a new bag, I sourced one for you. I am a luxury reseller with a business registered in Singapore. Unfortunately, I am unable to put my company's name here as its forbidden by Joli Closet's terms and conditions. My clients (mostly from Asia) consign bags to me and I also sell my own luxury items. I was lucky enough to acquire this bag in brand new condition from a trusted long time client and sent the new bag to you instead. Hello thanks for your reply. I got the pink bag yesterday and it is really nice ! I just asked joli closet about the authentic Chanel sticker which is in the bag because it was full of small black hairs.. and it has some glue around it. Also it has a very small dark scratche inside. Just wanted to have some feedbacks from JC or you cause as it’s a brand new one it should not have any flaw. Yes for the 19 I don’t know the exact Color of it but it is really a grass green. I prefer the small size but I am flexible depending on the global aspect which has to be too :)

Hi, glad you received it in good time. I did not notice the small black hairs when I checked the bag but it could be from the black felt that was first used to protect the interior where the hologram is and the exterior of the bag. The black felt was removed by the owner as the felt was shading. I will keep an eye out for your chanel 19 in grass green. I currently have one coming in soon but its in emerald green. Please do keep a look out for my listings :)
