Hi! Is this item in "new" as stated in the description or in "excellent condition" as stated by Joli Closet. According to Joli Closet, the "item in excellent condition, we can however feel that it is a second-hand item. Very little or not used."

Hello, the object is new in the sense that it has never been worn. It is second-hand in the sense that it left the Hermès store. As soon as you walk through the store door, it becomes second-hand!
