Also, does it come with a box? I would appreciate it if you included and copy of the invoice as you said and anything that came with the belt when you purchased it, such as the dust bag, papers, and the box if there was one included.

Hello, when I attempted to purchase this item, my bank declined the charge, and therefore the money did not go through. I spoke with my banker and they said they verified everything and if I attempt the charge again it will go through. However, the item now says sold because of my previous charge that did not go through. I am deeply sorry that this happened.
