Hello, I’m really disappointed by the quality of the bag. I just came back from the shoemaker and he told that it wasn’t ink, but stains of use that he can’t even repair. You lied to me by saying that it was ink and now the only thing that he can do is dye it black but it will cost me 200€! You are a bad liar, who only used me to make money, shame on you. Hello Melanie. I am deeply upset by your SMS. If your shoemaker tells you that they are not newspaper ink stains is an ignorant (sorry). It's a Vernis skin and it's normal for this to happen. If you do not believe me you can ask at home Vuitton. The ink spots are perfectly reflected and exaggerated in the photos as well as the price. When you carry your bag as a backpack, you do not see the stains because there are no stains both in front and behind .. The money that I have received does not compensate at all for your unfair attitude. Regards.

Dear Mèlanie. Total and absolutely true!!!!!! but I suggest you use it as it is. It is visible to you but not to people. The Vuitton and Chanel bags are very fragile and delicate. When you try to erase a stain the result is worse. Greetings.
