Dear Chris. Really the bag has very little use and as I explain in the description as it is a totally handmade leather it can present slight color variations. The corners are reflected in the photos. The bag has a shoulder strap but not the fringe model as you can see in the photo. I send the bag to Joli for control and they are the ones who send you the bag. Any doubt about the shipment you must clarify it with Joli. The bag has a Dust bag. Best regards!!
