Dear Em, as indicated in the article description, the items is brand new and never used. When you handle the suede it always leaves traces on the surface but it’s normal and goes away once you handle it again. No, there is no box, just tag and dust bag. No receipt... what for??? Anyway, everything indicated and photographed with be certified by the quality control team of JC. No worries. Regards
