I am extending the chain to a longer length because I fee that it gives more flexibility to wear it at regular and longer length, and the pendant looks great when worn at a longer length, especially if you like stacking necklaces :) I would be more than happy to provide a copy of the repair receipt from VCA. The standard pendant chain is 42 cm with a jump ring to wear it at shorter length. I have 2 VCA Vintage Alhambra pendant necklaces and I often find them sit right on the neckline of my t-shirts and vests or slipped under my top and went into hiding when they are supposed to show off their beauty! * . * I've not worn the necklaces on the shorter length by looping them to the jump ring because they felt tight and kind of like chokers to me when I tried. Therefore I decided to extend the chain of my other pendant necklace (by adding 5cm) and I don't have that problem anymore. It now feels very comfortably on me with the pendant showing nicely. This is a bit of a long winded story to tell you why I also decided to send this pendant necklace off to extend the chain. Not having a certificate is not an issue when you take your piece of jewellery to VCA for repairs or cleaning. I've taken my other pieces to the boutiques before for cleaning/changing ring size etc. I didn't bring the certificates because I couldn't find the cert or didn't want to risk damaging/losing the certificates and I've not had any problems without presenting them. If its not a genuine item, VCA will refuse to do anything with the piece. Experts at Joli Closet will confirm authenticity. But if you are still concerned about authenticity because of the lack of certificate, like I mentioned I can provide a copy of the repair receipt (personal details removed) as proof. This pendant necklace is absolutely gorgeous and I got lots of compliments whenever I wear it! :) It rarely comes up on the resale market but I have quite a lot of jewellery and handbags

After JC's commission, the bank also charges me fees for converting € to £. Let me check out all of the fees and commissions and I will come back to you as soon as I can. Hi, this pendant necklace was sold here when it was with the VCA workshop for a chain extension. There was a delay in VCA sending the pendant back to me so the buyer decided to cancel, which was understandable. I haven't re-listed the pendant here so it is appearing as sold. Regards
