Hi, thank you for your reply. I can pay the quoted price right away. My budget is limited. What’s your counteroffer?

Hi Safiyya, please send me your counteroffer through the "negotiations" system so that everything is in order. Thanks, and have a nice day.

Hello again. I checked, but apparently the window for making a counter offer has lapsed after 48 hours. What you need to do now is to go back and make another offer which I will then respond to. Thank you. X

OK, will do. It's pretty confusing because the actual listed price was in £5,400/€6220. Unfortunately, Joli put only the Euro price which puts me in a difficult position 😕. I would like to sell the necklace to you, but I also feel bad . Anyway, I will send the counter offer. Let me know what you think. X

Hi, the price you quoted for the deal is €5,500. Typically, the price for your necklace ranges between €3,600 and €4,600. Since I wasn’t able to buy the necklace from another seller for €3,800 in time, I offered you a higher amount. I have now increased my initial offer, and I hope you will consider it so we can reach an agreement. Have a nice day.

Good day, O. Thanks for your message. I can see that you do like the necklace. It's in a very good condition, because it's only been worn a few times and kept in storage. This is reflected in the price. Please note that I am abroad at the moment because my mother passed away. If we do reach any agreement, we'll have to wait till I get back mid May. Is that OK with you? X

Hi Safiyya, please accept my sincere condolences during this difficult time. I have no problem with mid-May. I understand that you won’t be home any sooner. In any case, I’ve accepted your revised offer. I wish you strength as you cope with your loss. Ondrej

Hi, one more question, necklase is made of yellow or rose gold? I hope thats Hi, one more question. Is the necklace made of yellow or rose gold? I hope it’s rose gold. At least that’s what it looked like to me.

Hi Safiyya, after accepting the agreed-upon price, the system notified me that they are adding nearly 1,100 euros in tax to the agreed-upon price. This is very unexpected and, for me, unacceptable at this point. I had no idea that I would be charged such an amount. I’m sorry, but given such a significant price change, I will of course have to withdraw from the offer. I’m sorry about that. All the best.

Hello, the tax is the VAT since the UK is no longer in the EU. There is unfortunately nothing we can do about this. Best regards, the Joli Closet team.
