Hello inga, the jacket was send on the 17th of november and arrived in France on 22th of november and since then it was not delivered to Joli Closet!! I was mad to know and talked with Joli about it and i am very sorry about it, i wrote already a complaint and if you want to wait a little bit i will be really happy to solve this issue togther with Joli.
