Hello, I am sorry to read your message now when is to late. The item was already shipped. I don't know how you can cancel the sale. If a has read your message before to do go to the post office, then I just have to keeping the top, and the sale automatically cancelled in 2 weeks. I hope the situation will be solved 🙏
