is the strap adjustable?

Good evening, the strap is not adjustable, it measures 103cm. You can wear it on the shoulder or crossed. Best regards

I am trying to make an offer of 75 euros which is in the middle of the original full and sale price on the Sezne website. I think this is fair, but because of the Joliets Closet restrictions I am unable to make this offer as it is below the 70 percent requirement. Please advise. Many thanks x
