Hi, the bag has been checked and unfortunately you did not tell in the description that a screw is missing. My boutique in Munich would replace it but only with the name of the person who purchased the bag. Regards!

I had Joli Closet on the phone for arrange the problem and they are going to come back with you for explain you what we said.
