Hi Jeanne, I don' t like to measure the insole, it's always a source of mistake... What is your size in UK US or EU ? I will tell you if it's ok, you have the possibility to sent the boots back also. Have a nice day

Dear Nicemode, I'm sorry I issed your previous message. My size is 39 or 39.5 EU generally but I go from the foot measurement not the size alone. Sadly in this case the heels are higher than I'm looking for; beautiful boots though! Thank you for your response and once again my apology that I missed it. For your comment today I'm sorry but my French is not very proficient: my sense is the boots will only continue to be offered for a short time. I hope they sell as they look lovely but, again, not what I'm after at this time. Best, 3
