Hi, please allow me a day or so as I want to take the jacket to a local tailors to ensure the measurements are 100% accurate. Unfortunately, I am not overly familiar with taking such particular measurements. Generally speaking the arm length is regular to the best of my knowledge ie, they neither come up short or long but I will get back to you with the actual specifics.
