Diane Von Furstenberg DvF Winifred silk dress Blue Multiple colors

Cobalt blue with black and white polkadots Diane von Furstenberg silk Winifred dress with ruffle trim, pleat accent throughout skirt and elasticized waist. It's from the 2019 collection and has been worn twice, I have shortened the straps slighly but they have not been cut and if you would like them longer, it is simply unpicking the stitches (see picture), this was done to stop the camisole underdress from slipping down.
