This drawing by Jan Bajtlik joyfully pays homage to the posters of the Polish school of the 1950 a 1970. Warsaw graphic designers were shaking up the codes of their time to illustrate films, drama show, concerts and exhibitions. It wasn't just to catch the eye, but also to know how to handle the art of detail. The key words were : simple lines, emblematic figures. Roundels, ribbons and geometric patterns here recall the strength of these creations. Kluska, designer's little dog, slithered to the right of the composition and sports a mischievous muzzle.
